Submission of an inquiry through the Website does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All quotations, prices, MOQs, and lead times are indicative until formally confirmed in writing through a sales agreement, proforma invoice, or purchase order.

Final terms — including pricing, delivery, payment, packaging, and regulatory responsibilities — are determined through individual negotiation and documented in formal contracts.
